Barge Boards

Fascias
Fascia boards cap the end of rafters on the outside of a building. This can then be used to hold the rainwater guttering. The finished surface below the fascia board and rafters is called the soffit
Soffits
High-quality UV-resistant tung ‘n groove soffit. The alternative option of Nutec. Soffits refer to the material forming a ceiling from the top section of an exterior wall to the outer edge of the roofline.
Gutters
We are able to install a full range of systems to meet specific requirements with a choice of seamless aluminium O’gee profiles in a range of colors.
About
We specialize in the installation of maintenance-free cladding to fascia and barge boards, uPVC soffits, and seamless aluminium guttering. The concept of maintenance-free fascia and barge board cladding was pioneered in the early 1980s and while it was pretty theoretical at the time it has evolved into a proven concept and is widely accepted as the intelligent solution to the maintenance problem. We use Colorplus AZ150 a factory pre-painted metal sheet. The paint used on Colorplus limits chalking and ensures optimal colorfastness and available in a variety of colors with various profiles. Metal cladding carries a 15-year manufacturing guarantee, uPVC products a 10-year guarantee. We also offer a 3-year guarantee that our installations will be free from workmanship defects under normal use.
